The MIB Composition Media Audio (RCD360 Plus) has multimedia player, that allows music and other supported media files to be played from variety of sources:  SD card – standard within VW these days.
USB – allows USB storage with media files to be inserted and read through media player.
USB Smartphone Integration (App Radio) – Apple CarPlay.

Instead of built-in Sat Nav that are expensive to obtain & maintain with map updates, by using mobile phone connection, It will grant not just Sat Nav powered by Apple Map / or any other compatible apps. It will offer a variety of features such as phone / message / music and other compatible apps.   IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  The unit has a single FAKRA aerial fitting. You may need an aerial adaptor if you have the twin aerial fitting (PLEASE CLICK HERE)  This product will not be compatible with any models before 2010. Usb on passenger side will now be taken over by the port in the headunit. The headunit doesn’t have DAB you can however download radio apps like tunein or similar for internet radio.  PLEASE NOTE: Not compatible with climate control or factory fitted cameras – – Power Supply: DC 12V (allowance range: 10.8-14.5V)
